How to Twerk on the floor:
Start by standing with the side of your body facing the mirror
Then, place your hands flat on the floor and walk your feet back and shoulder-width apart (You should almost be in a downward dog yoga pose, just with a flatter back and knees softly bent)
With your palms gripping the floor, arch your back to pop your booty up, then drop your booty back down again – this is the essential motion of your Twerk
Now, start doing your back arch, back drop motion twice as fast in order to Twerk! (Make sure that the muscles in your lower back are loose and relaxed as you arch up. If the core of your body is stiff, your booty won’t jiggle!)
Lastly, bend your arms and bring your head closer to the floor as you bounce your booty up and down
