Lily Frias

Instructor Bio

Born and raised in Mexico, Lily Frias first traveled to the US to participate on Season 7 of Americas Best Dance Crew. There, she found a special passion for Popping and Whacking. Lily began battling and sharing these styles with the global dance community through shows and performances. She went on to be featured in Cirque Du Soleil, So You Think You Can Dance Season 12, and the American Music Awards. Over the course of her career, Lily has danced alongside Meghan Trainor, performed in national commercials, toured around the US with the Hip Hop Nutcracker show, and more. She's also a member of the Femme Fatale crew where she trains and performs with fellow STEEZY Studio instructors Marie Poppins and Dassy Lee!
